I would consider myself one of those consumers that complain a lot more than they complement.Not this time:Two months ago my wife and I moved into a house that was flipped in Hazlet. No need to comment about a flip. ? When we went to put on the central air for the 1st it didn't work. My electrician came over and quicklyrealized there were no fuses ever installed in it. I'm not sure how it was ever tested but that's for another day! After the fuses were put in it did power on but still the air was not even close to being cold.The 1st HVAC guy came said it needed refrigerant and $400 later it had new refrigerant but still was not working nearly like it should.The 2nd HVAC company came ($99.00)And the tech told me the only way to see what the real issue is was to drain the refrigerant, so he did. He then set an appointment for the sales guy to come the next day to review the options of replacing the coil or replacing the entire system. The sales guy came and promised us they would give us some window units the same day because it was so hot and told us the owner would call us directly to review the options. There were no window unit installed and the owner himself did call us the following day. Only to say that it seems to him that there were a lot more underlying issues related to the air ducts and he was backing away from doing anything whatsoever. So they drained my refrigerant and left me hanging.The 3rd Guy came and recommended that his son come back a few days later for like $375 to do a thorough inspection. I initially set that appointment but canceled it.Enter Dave from Top Line Mechanical, Simply put from the second Dave walked into the house he look professional and acted that way and spent the time taking apart the system upstairs to determine exactly what was going on. He determined after a thorough inspection the coil was half the size for the compressor outside and once he changed it and made some other modifications the system should be good as new. He did not charge one cent for his time that day.Three days later Dave came back with two of his men worked for two hours inside and out put the new coil in among other things and the system is working absolutely wonderful. The cost was exactly what he said it would be. He was extremely reasonable and everything about my experience with him and his men was nothing short of amazing. Within two hours they ended this Bull$hit!The bottom line is if you're in the area of Monmouth County and need someone for HVAC I highly recommend Dave and his company Top Line Mechanical. I'm sure you'll be as satisfied as I was! I can't thank them enough and highly recommend!Thank you Dave and Top Line Mechanical! ?

Words cannot possibly describe how I feel about this company. As a plumber for 40+ years I have seen all kinds of horror stories. This company is the best HVAC operation I have seen in my life. Their mantra should be, death before dishonor because they must be the most honorable company easily in the state of New Jersey. 10 Stars! Distinction, Class and Character.

Called Top Line Mechanical at 8:30am on a Sunday because my heat wasn't working properly and a strange burning smell was coming from the vents. Dave was here by 10:30am and quickly diagnosed the problem, bad blower motor. He ordered a new one and replaced it the next day. Thank you Dave & Top Line Mechanical for getting my heat back on.
